I have done multiple transactions buying and sellingwith the O'Connor real estate office and Bruce Witt hands downs is the best. Highly recommend
Extremely rude to work with. Bruce Witt has exclusive listings only, which means he makes double the commission from the buyer and the seller. Whose interests are you advocating? Are you really helping your sellers by cutting off potential buyers? We wanted to look at a couple houses he has exclusivity on. Our realtor is the kindest person and most easy going and Bruce Witt was incredibly rude by saying “you city people come up here and don’t know how Cameron Missouri works” and on and on he goes. Unprofessional. Particularly if you are another business doing a service for them.
I would give zero stars if I could. Completely rude and unprofessional towards my agent. I have also had unpleasant experiences in the past with them but kept to myself thinking “everyone has bad days” boy was I wrong.
