We signed a lease a few months before my wife and I got married, and loved getting to spend the first 5 years of our marriage with Tim as a landlord. Anytime there was a maintenance issue he/they were incredibly fast to come fix it. There was even a time the heat went out in winter and they brought heaters to us late Sunday night.
