The lady on the phone "Kimberly" was delightful! Rarely do you get great customer service these days so I am grateful.
Love that an actual peeson answered my original call. Kimberly is the best. Knowledgeable and very personable. Best customer service i have had in many years!
Ramon was so helpful to help us with ants and rats in our home. We are so thankful he helped us and would absolutely have him come again!
Technician was friendly and professional. He seemed knowledgeable about the ant problem.
My Family and I appreciate O’Connor! We have been using them for 20 years. Their technician Ramon is fantastic! He is like part of the family and has been taking care of all our pest control needs since I was a child. He is communicative, friendly, fair, and does a fantastic job. I trust him in my home and very grateful to have him taking care of our needs. I highly recommend them!
