I had a disappointing experience with O’Connor Pest Control after they got acquired by Terminix. Despite their promises, the service was not effective, and the pest problem persisted. I expected a more thorough and professional approach, but unfortunately, I did not receive it. I wouldn't recommend their services based on my experience. To make things worst, they charged me for a follow up service they never performed and the invoice got set to collections. Scheduled appointment, never showed up.
We've had Chris as our guy for a while now and he has been great to work with. Super responsive, solid advice, and has helped us deal with ants, spiders, and bats successfully.
