Kept our car for 3 months to do a simple head gasket. Did work that was not approved. Never called to let us know what was going on. Lied about what was going to be done. Now they want 100% payment for things they were not given permission to do. Just before Christmas too! What a bunch of crooks. Do you know how much it costs to rent a car for three months while they get their head out of their ass?? Would not send my worst enemy for service here. Shame on you!
