I had a similar experience as the other review. I will just lay out the facts for when I lived there. At first we thought it wasn't so bad it was part underground, but it would help lower the electric bill, it was really reasonable for a two bedroom. So we signed the lease. Well I have lived at a house owend by OCI, Gary and Connie. I have lived here for some time and I can not tell you any clearer.. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. Sadly, when I moved in I was really excited. I has a house, outside of town, for fairly decent rate. However, that being said, lets start with the problems. 1.
