Horrible billing system and customer service. I have been trying to call the main number on the invoice but there is no live operator.
AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE! This business does not provide good customer service. Their billing department does not accept any form of payment other than check or money order, effectively forcing patients to jump through hoops with their insurance carrier to get reimbursed from their Flexible Spending Account. Contacting them to find an alternative was useless. They have your hands tied behind your back.
