I had an absolutely horrifying experience at this hospital, and I cannot recommend it under any circumstances. My mother was left bleeding in the lobby for 25 minutes, wrapped in a sock, while staff failed to provide proper attention or care. When someone finally came to assist, we were told that we should consider ourselves “lucky” because the staff were slow that day—yet even after almost half an hour, they still could not properly attend to her wound. I am a 70 year old female Veteran Nurse retired. I saw a dike doctor real unhappy doctor name S. Stein. She has a horrible reputation on the internet. Surprise she is still even there. They protect her. Adam has yet to return my call about her in patient experience smh. I brought my paperwork in regarding severe leg pain. The medicine I had ran out of. And for some pain relief. They are just making people come in and make you stay there for 10 hours with no reason.

The hospital maintained high standards of cleanliness, and the staff were helpful at every step. Though the waiting time was longer during peak hours, the quality of treatment made up for it. A trustworthy hospital that I would recommend to others.
