This review is years late but I'd like to leave it for the multiple excellent experiences our daughter has had here. 2019 our daughter was rushed to O'Connor ER (now a part of Valley Health Medical Center 2025) for Flu A. She was so weak she thought she wouldn't make it when she called 911 for urgent transport. Horrible Horrible Horrible. As a first time mom I was excited to give birth and experience everything but it was completely ruined by this hospital. Starting with the fact that they wanted to schedule delivery starting from 35 weeks. Calling me all the way up to my 40 weeks to schedule my delivery. When i was finally ready to give birth I arrived to L&D there was no one in sight. So I went to the er they checked me in and Within 20 min they had told me it had to be c section because supposedly my baby’s heart rate wasn’t ok.... read more

We had a horrible experience yesterday at O'Connor Hospital ER around 7:30 AM (Dec 21, 2024) with a nurse named Kacie due to her mistreatment and bullying behavior. My elderly father let us know of his extreme pain (9/10 level) when Kacie was injecting potassium through the IV line onto his right arm. I repeatedly told Kacie that he is shaking in pain and is going to faint. She continued to gaslight us and said that potassium injection is supposed to be "burning".
