I went here 12 years ago after being drugged and raped. I came in saying that that’s what I thought happened. They never told me that they couldn’t do a rape kit here. I waited 6 hours for a police officer to come and discourage me from moving forward. I agreed to transfer to another hospital to get a rape kit but gave up during check out when the nurse said that I was there for “discomfort during urination”. I use to love this hospital staff use to be kind, 0atient, caring and efficent. I don't know what happen I went in for back pain, young nurses unprofessional, laughing loud, gossiping, and the young nurse gave me a cotosone shot on my arm.Usually it's on the hip for sciatica pain. The nurse was so worried about taking her h reak and looking at her phone. The shot she gave ne was useless. I ended up at another hospital emergency room where I was given proper care. The people on .E.R. phone service is so useless and unhelpful to provide info about approximately period of waiting time in E.R. To a patient.
Quite possibly the worst hospital in California, they have no business “helping” anyone. They left my mom bleeding all over the lobby for 25 minutes wrapped in a sock then when they came out they told us we are lucky because they are so slow today yet couldn’t even wrap her finger in the almost half hour we were in the lobby. Then they put in a couple stitches and told us to leave, my mom has a fracture and extreme nerve damage both went undetected by these “medical professionals” DO NOT GO HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT!
