I appreciate Ben and Nicole O’Connor through the entire process! My AC was struggling and I ended up needing a new unit. Nicole was patient and explained my options. When it came time to install, Ben and crew were efficient. My favorite part is that Nicole took the time to complete all the warranty paperwork. It’s one of those things that as busy as I am, I may have forgotten to complete. But it was one thing I didn’t need to worry about, because they go above and beyond. Thank you Ben and Nicole!
From the process of getting a quote from the time of acceptance and payment and scheduling was amazing. They worked with us on the sizing and the equipment needed. They prepped the area and made sure everything worked properly and followed up. Couldn’t have been more satisfied.
