I went here by way of referral from my family Dr about a bump on my lash line. Instead of listening to why I was there or asking me any questions, they basically forced me to have an eye exam. I told them I did not need an eye exam, only to check the bump on the skin of my lash line. They insisted that I get the full exam, put drops in my eyes and basically made me feel like I had no choice. They said they will charge me for the appointment if I didn't do what they said I needed to. I'm not happy and I'll never go back here.... read more
Very rude staff. Called to follow up on a referral and the person was awful. I will not be going.
Dr. Lutchman performed cataract surgery on my eye that I have not been able to read the big E on the chart since my 20s, I'm now in my 60s. I'm happy to say I can now read 4 or 5 rows down. I highly recommend Dr. Lutchman.
Dr. Latchman was very thorough and cautious about my eye exam which helped ease my visit. However, the man who assisted me prior to seeing the dr. was very aggressive and seemed like he had no interest taking care their patients. Did not appreciate the aggressive tone and actions.
