My husband purchased a brand new 2025 ram truck here and it has electrical issues majorly. It doesn’t show proper kms, now check engine light goes on, the dashboard doesn’t work locks don’t work 100k useless truck that’s brand new! I took my truck in for oil and headlight repair. I was very pleased that they only charged me for the bulb replacement and not labour! Great little touch! Back again for LED bulb they replaced no charge after 18months.
We found ourselves in a situation where our driver's side window fell inside the door and smashed. We went to Bannister Dodge as a Dodge owner and they went above and beyond to help us be able to get home safe. Chris and Chad- we appreciate you both taking time out of your day to help us out.
We were in a bit of an emergency to get a tire fixed and they were very accommodating and friendly.
