Not happy with my experience; I recommend people go elsewhere I will be from now on. TRY HELMUT'S SERVICE CENTER IN ABBOTSFORD, GOOD SERVICE AT A FAIR PRICE. Just an update; contacted the dealership through live chat and asked the hours for the quick lube; I was told Monday to Friday 8:00 to 5:00; I drove down to the dealership and the quick lube was closed; not open until Tuesday; you can change the name but the poor service continues; wasted my time.
I wasn't going to post this, until I finally got my car back. But I don't know if I will ever see it again. Horrible, the worst customer Service ever! I don't hear from them for weeks, months. The second month of my Car being there waiting to be "programmed". And this is not the first time. My car was there for 6 months during Covid. I could understand that a bit, parts delays and such. This is the worst dealership I've ever encountered. They sold me a lemon, then refused to fix it. Stay away from here if possible. I went to Open Road Mercedes in Surrey, and have been happily driving my Benz for 3 yrs.
