Same as any other used car dealer – Had to look for a replacement for our extended trailblazer after ours got totaled and found one at O'Connor. Test drove it and didn't find anything wrong initially. After buying though you could notice the transmission sticking between 1st and 2nd. Plus other issues with the AC, shocks, headlamp vibration. service dpmt – I have been to the service department on and off for years. first in 2006 with a 17,000 mile impala I leased. oconnor was the first out of 3 dealers to actually fix my cars brakes! then in 2010 I took my cadillac catera to them. they charged what they said and did what they said. Sam dodson works well with customers, or at least with me. I highly recomend oconnor if you need DEALER service!
