I had a very positive experience when going through a difficult time. Liz took care of every detail and I didn’t have to do a thing. If I had a question she got back to me right away. And she had already thought of and had taken care of what I needed. Many friends and relatives commented on what a beautiful service it was.

My father was transported from Boston to New York and the process was real smooth. O’Connor took care of his embalming and made sure that he was presentable to us for the day of his funeral. My family was able to grieve and put him to rest without worrying about how he looked, and what arrangements were made for him
