My father was transported from Boston to New York and the process was real smooth. O’Connor took care of his embalming and made sure that he was presentable to us for the day of his funeral. My family was able to grieve and put him to rest without worrying about how he looked, and what arrangements were made for him

The funeral directors never greeted you at the door. Never came to check family. They never put family in proper seating order. And we're very rude when asked question. Lightning on our loved was dark. This is the second time we have been in that funeral home and with the same terrible service
