On Saturday my wife and I decided to shop for a new Tahoe truck. Upon arrival we were greeted by the most helpful strapping young man. Brandon our salesman spent the whole day working with us to complete the best possible deal. He was simply amazing! Brandon spent many hours entertaining us, showing us all the vehicles that interested my wife. Brandon was very knowledgeable with theTahoe line. Thank you Brandon and your awesome team including the sales manager Ed and the fine man in financing.
My husband met with Brandon Blakley to look at new vehicle for me. They found the perfect vehicle on the lot. They made it happen. :) When we went to pick up the new Acadia, Brandon met us outside when we arrived. He was very welcoming and everything was ready. He was excited for us. I have to say being welcomed outside made us feel valued as a customer. Great job Brandon!!! I love my new GMC !!
Worst experience I have ever had with a business in my 47 years of life. If I could give them -5 stars I would. They don’t communicate, don’t follow up, make false promises and call you a liar when you call them out on them. When you request callbacks, you never get them. One of their sales reps in particular is stuck in the 1950s and extremely disrespectful to women. He went so far as to call me a “lady in waiting“.
