Amateurish Work and Service ... comparably worse than Charlie's. TL;DR REFUSED TO CALL ME BACK OR EVEN ATTEMPT TO REPAIR/MAKE AMMENDS. Scratched rims (all 4), did not replace valve stems, dirtied/marred interior, all 4 tires different pressure ... had to BEG for military discount. Go to the guy charging the least folks. I have personally changed a tire with vice-grips and incurred less damage! ... 0 stars Disclaimer: I have 3 brand new vehicles purchased at O'Connor GMC ... this is NOT the same company at all!
I have a 2023 gmc sierra 2500 with 20k miles, paint is rubbing off on the inside of the truck where the gaskets meet the truck. I took it in under the 3 year 36k warranty and they say it's normal wear and tear, they won't even try to put it through to gm for warranty. To add insult to injury oconners said it's my fault for not greasing the door gaskets!!!!!! What a joke gm uses crapy paint that rusts before 2 years and this dealer says it's my fault for not greasing the doors on a 2 year old vehicle, stay far away. Go spend ... read more
