Truly the worst experience you could ask for. Poor communication, service representative just used awful corporate jargon while acting like I won a new car on the price is right. I purchased my truck with you all, only ever had it serviced there, brought my collision there, spoke to sales reps about purchasing a used vehicle there and then was treated with this most recent service like a pile of garbage. Great experience..this is our second vehicle bought with Dave Martin at O'Connor Motors this year. Both times there was never any pressure to buy . He wanted to know what we were looking for..gave us options and let us decide. The last car we bought... he gave us three of the same vehicle with different options to choose from.
