I had actually wanted a visit in person so the Dr. Would auscultate my lungs to see if an inhaler would be beneficial.
You simply can't get in when you need to get in for acute care. Would not recommend him for acute care issues. He's very friendly, but I feel he is very rushed.
We love Dr. O'Connell.
