Zero stars if I could. Went to Xu for treatment for a condition that runs genetically through my family. Without me saying a word about it or her checking me over she decided I did not have it simply due to being too young. I am 20, and this condition can become apparent as early as 11. Wrote me off and didn’t let me get a word in. Disregarded all family history. I didn't feel there was an opportunity for me to ask questions. When I tried to state my desired steps forward, they were dismissed in favor of medication. I didn't feel like there was a partnership.
Dr. O'Connell is the best. There is a reason I've been with him all these years as my PCP.
