Missed an appointment, didn't return calls despite multiple calls. Years ago was responsive, but something has changed. Made one call to another company and my problem was resolved. I will no longer use this company and wouldn't recommend to anyone else....
Terry the Owner happened to be close by and handled my flashing problem in 5 minutes. Awesome! Heat back on. The best!!
I have been using O'Connell Chimney for the past 12 years. They always do a great job when i call them for my yearly cleaning. Mr. O'Connell and his staff care for my house as if it was their own.
