We have had the worst experience with OSB over the past few years in that we are leaving the bank and going to BankSouth. They have deposited our check to a different bank account on multiple occasions, shut down my debit card for no reason and ordered checks on the wrong account. It has been a nightmare and one I am not willing to forgive. The customer service has gone downhill tremendously as well. It is not the same hometown bank it used to be.
Love it here! Great crew! Amazing service. Local how a local bank should be! Maddy and Amy were especially amazing when our phones/accounts got hacked.
