We have had the worst experience with OSB over the past few years in that we are leaving the bank and going to BankSouth. They have deposited our check to a different bank account on multiple occasions, shut down my debit card for no reason and ordered checks on the wrong account. It has been a nightmare and one I am not willing to forgive. The customer service has gone downhill tremendously as well. It is not the same hometown bank it used to be.

Oconee State Bank has been the absolute best to me and my husband. We started using them when we got married a few years ago, and they have handled everything that we’ve needed in a quick and efficient manner with a kind tone. We couldn’t imagine having a better bank to work through. Autumn , Maddi , and Robert have especially been very helpful . Thank ya’ll!
