Resident for over 4 years The actual neighbors are really nice people. The police has had to come around to disperse some neighbors who invite large groups of friends and pretty much host them in the common hall areas or right in the parking lot. Other than those occasions, the community is lovely. Management, on the other hand, is a whole different story. Verified Renter I like the Oconee Springs Apartments because is conveniently located near everything I need: Various supermarkets, pharmacies, and the hospital Northeast Georgia Medical Center, and the for me the parks, however for families with children I see schools and college is also nearby.
