The first time I had a appointment with a therapist. When I really need to talk to somebody, they canceled on me.
This is the worst place I have Ever been too. My child has been scene maybe twice in the 6 months iv been trying to take her. The constantly change appointments without your consent. Iv had to wait hours for an appointment and they just laugh if off.
Dr tran basically told my daughter if she would have got her GED she would not need mental health I do not suggest him to anyone
I have been very happy with my experience over the last year at OMH, and I am so happy I took the step to get help.
This place has not done anything to help me and my daughter but instead helped her mom abuse her! I’ve called over and over left messages on top of message! Now I’m fearful my daughter might try and harm herself because her mom put her in a mental facility to dodge a dss case the therapist at this facility set in motion..nobody is taking us seriously this place and the dss in Seneca needs to be sued for negligence in cases!
