Extremely satisfied with my visit! Dr Jacobs and her staff were so friendly and helpful. Dr Jacobs is very nice, knowledgeable and gentle. Great experience, and my problem is fixed.
Judgmental, rude and hostile office manager. Automatically assumed that we could not afford an appointment and sent us on our way.
I would not recommend using this doctor. The office manager is always hostile and rude, whether over the phone or in person. The doctor was not helpful in correcting my orthotics or heel pain.
