I would love for someone from corporate to reach out to me. I do not want to leave what i have to say on here, i would rather speak to someone regarding the issues. When you call the office you only get the run around.
Dropped my Dad off for his routine check up for his C.O.P.D. treatment and was called and told by the staff I need to come get him that he was told by the receptionist he had to wait out side. When I arrived it was 38 degrees outside and it was raining. They have treated him for several years knowing he has C.O.P.D. and has shortness of breath. When I made the appointment I told them I needed blood work for my thyroid and I have a runny nose i needed to get meds for before it turns into a bad cold because I am on medication that suppresses my immune system. I had to get a ride to the office and they dropped me off. I walked in with my mask on and they told me I had to go outside because I had symptoms of covid. I said no I have a runny nose. No fever. I went today and it was a nightmare. Rather than go through the whole story, let me say that I was treated very badly from the get go and when I told Denise about it, she blew it all off. Then, she left the room and never came back. I still had medical things and questions that I needed to discuss. Instead, she sent a nurse in to give me prices of tests and get rid of me. Nothing at all was done for me and then they just blew me off and got rid of me because I was upset about being treated so badly. WTF! I had been going for... read more
Called several times and each time they tell me to call back finely I got someone and they said that they will let the doctor know. three days later and they finally told the doctor. My ear is swollen and I need medication. Ugh it really pisses me off that this is how they handle customers. I’ll just go to the Cleveland office there office isn’t nearly as nice but the employees or much nicer and more professional.
I really like this place been going for a long time but getting refills is a pain.. I don't understand why its so difficult to get a simple refill.
