We lived here for 7yrs. It was quiet and clean and there were minor issues at first. Unfortunately, when it rained, it rained in the windows, causing a mold build up around the windows. I used to wake up with headaches everyday. I haven't had a headache since I moved. The front bathroom didn't have hot water for about 3yrs. I begged for new carpet, blinds and flooring but unfortunately I never got it. A lot of my issues were fixable BUT......it seems that they started allowing anybody to move in the complex. I have been here for almost two years and regret moving here every day currently looking for something else. The Apartments are not worth the money paid, can never get anything fixed when its needed, can never get anyone on the phone. It rains in the windows causing a mold build up, hot water heater constantly going out, bathroom faucets leeks and you can't reach anyone to replace them. My advice if you can find any where else to stay that's your best bet. Not here

I have been trying to reach someone about the duplex that is vacant for months. I've called the phone number on the sign several times. No one answers the phone and no return call. Is this the correct info?
