Their reservation system has my vision plan listed so I book. I get there and they do not take it. I wasted my time. Do not waste yours.
The care is great in-person but unfortunately they don’t return calls or voicemails which causes complications for recurring patients with long term needs.
Terrible experience, rude staff, unexpected charges of hundreds of dollars above insurance limit.
Great care but insane marketing. They call every two weeks whether you have an appointment or not. The private equity firm behind OCLI is really crazy. And they will not take you off their marketing list.
Excellent team of doctors, medical assistants, and support staff. You really need to improve your phone system. It’s the worst that I have ever experienced at a medical office.
