Terrible experience, rude staff, unexpected charges of hundreds of dollars above insurance limit.
Great care but insane marketing. They call every two weeks whether you have an appointment or not. The private equity firm behind OCLI is really crazy. And they will not take you off their marketing list.
Excellent team of doctors, medical assistants, and support staff. You really need to improve your phone system. It’s the worst that I have ever experienced at a medical office.
This is the lousiest ophthalmologist I have ever seen in my life. I have been nearsighted since young age and always hoped when I undergo a cataract surgery, the replacement Lense could correct my vision so that I don't have to wear glasses anymore. However, this doctor screwed up the cataract surgery on my eye. He implanted a replacement Lense that is so out of whack in degree of power that left my eye seriously uncorrected and also required to wear eyeglasses the rest of my life.
