They had me on hold for over 12 minutes! I even called them on my other line and they STILL didn’t pick up. See screen shots. I’ve been there before and they weren’t that great. But they’re close by and I just need a prescription so I can go to Costco and get my glasses.
I have been going to OCLI Park Avenue for about five years. It’s a very friendly and warm place and Dr. Krawitz is the best. I have glaucoma and he is a caring and very professional doctor.
Great experience! very well run, from the front desk, to the three technicians that saw me, to the doctor. Arrived 11:15 am was out by 12:15 pm. Excellent rating.
