This place SUCKS! There should be an option to give zero stars to this place. There appointment page is confusing where one site gives appointments for regular optometrists and another site offers free LASIK consultation. I made an appointment to see an optometrist at 4 pm 12/18/25. My kid took off from school for this purpose. I never received a confirmation of the appointment despite providing an email address. My aunt went to this location for assistance and was misdiagnosed by a Doctor Lucy. She informed my aunt that she had shingles and prescribed her medication. When my aunt returned a week later for a follow up, another doctor, Marc, informed she was misdiagnosed and told her she does not have shingles. The overall experience was scary and unprofessional.
The Endo Boulevard location has poor service and zero follow-through. I was treated for dry eyes and prescribed expensive medication. When the pharmacy contacted the doctor to request a more affordable alternative, no one responded. I called the office multiple times, spoke to different staff members, and left messages—no one ever got back to me. The place is chaotic, disorganized, and treats patients like numbers.
Nice location, staff are nice too but was here for over 1.5 hours before seeing the doctor. The whole time I was told you’ll be seen shortly. They need to better manage patient expectations and their current wait times.
Excellent location, well organized, bright open spaced office, and very little wait too. Great to see your doctor and get fitted for glasses at the same place if you want. They have all the latest equipment to view back of your eye, take pressures, etc. The tech took us through each part and had us to see the DR in no time...We saw Dr Chang (retina specialist), he was pleasant and efficient again very little wait, did a thorough examine, and he was gentle and caring.
