very inefficient and expensive. They also charge you double or triple when they bill as a hospital and it is just an overgrown clinic. look somewhere else
I had to get rescheduled because of a machine malfunction for some X-rays. I was impressed that they opened on Saturday and I was easily scheduled for a time that was convenient for me. From the time I walked in to check-in, these were exemplary employees who delivered top notch patient care. I was blown away by the kindness and care of each person I encountered! Most of the Doctors and staff are OK, but Ochsner also has some of the worst doctors available. It seems they are only concerned about a paycheck, they order test and procedures that are not required. Then after seeing you ut takes an act of congress to get after care. I was in pain for three weeks after an out patient procedure. I couldn't get decent meds other than OTC, the Dr was on vacation and they had no other doctor available. The App is useless. All you can do with that is text someone on your " care team " and hope ... read more
