Very helpful staff cant remember their names I just remembered they had very beautiful hair the two nurses who assisted me in the back. Very pleasant

whoever is working this afternoon on 7/20/25 at the front is insanely unprofessional. appointment made through the oschner app. my wife gave birth to both our children at oschner. we can verifiy our identify literally a dozen different ways. they said they cant see us without physical ID. wouldnt accept a picture. wouldnt accept other forms of identification. said it was to prevent fraud. nothing during the appointment process ever said we would be denied service for not having IDs

Extremely rude office staff, I was rudely interrupted & cut off many times because this stupid lady behind the desk asked what was wrong , I broke my hip working in my yard but she only heard work & refused to see me thinking it was a work related injury when it wasn't but she would not listen so instead of helping me, a patient of them many years continues to argue then ask security to make me leave when im only trying to tell her I don't even have a job I hurt it working at my home, I will pursue a lawsuit
