I'm so thankful for Trishana Matharu, NP for prescribing the meds that helped with the excruciating pain i was having with my left eye. The PA i saw earlier in the week prescribed meds but was for the wrong diagnosis. The eye doctor even got it wrong when I went back on Thursday. I got relief from Trishana the first time I put the eye drops in. I had an 8 out of 10 pain but no one except the NP cared. Thank you so much for your attention to detail and giving me the right meds, I was in so much pain.
Refused to see me saying they wasn’t taking new patients as if this wasn’t an Urgent care
We were "lied" to by representative from this Ochsner Urgent Care Location on Juban. We were given a prescription with a refill for Zofran.. The refill was cancelled and we were told we needed another appointment to get medication refilled. The Urgent Care representative said they do not do refills even though we had medication in hand with a single refill(s) indicated on bottle. i tried to come up here per instructions from the ER if i still felt sick and i really just needed some zofran to help with my symptoms but i could hear the dr? nurse? whoever was supposed to care for me talking about she doesn’t know why i would come up there and she can’t help me bc i went to the ER and how she didn’t want to see me. they didn’t think i heard anything so i left. i wish i got her name. extremely unprofessional and will NOT be back. if you don’t CARE about ur clients then don’t work in the CARE field.
