i tried to come up here per instructions from the ER if i still felt sick and i really just needed some zofran to help with my symptoms but i could hear the dr? nurse? whoever was supposed to care for me talking about she doesn’t know why i would come up there and she can’t help me bc i went to the ER and how she didn’t want to see me. they didn’t think i heard anything so i left. i wish i got her name. extremely unprofessional and will NOT be back. if you don’t CARE about ur clients then don’t work in the CARE field.

The service was quick and efficient had no problems
We were "lied" to by representative from this Ochsner Urgent Care Location on Juban. We were given a prescription with a refill. The refill was cancelled and we were told we needed another oppointment to get medication refilled. The Urgent Care representative said they do not do refills even though we had medication in hand with a single refill(s) indicated on bottle. We normally like Ochnser, but being lied to by someone is a no-go-zone and inexcusable.
I usually go to this urgent care and haven’t had many issues here. The wait has been insanely long before (1.5 hours on a busy day) but depending on when you go in sometimes there’s no wait. 4 stars due to being slow sometimes but the staff is 5 stars. I wish I got this lady’s name but I haven’t gotten blood drawn from my arm in 3 years and I’m likely to faint if someone tries but this lady managed to get everything done without me even getting dizzy.
