Brought my kid in for an x-ray on her wrist. They made us wait an hour before telling us that they do not have an x-ray machine. Tried to get us to go to Burbank and Lee in BR at 5pm. DO NOT GO HERE.
I headed to Ochsner Urgent Care late in the evening for a prescription for motion sickness patches, when I found out about a last minute off shore fishing trip planned for the next day. Caroline Fusilier, PA-C was an absolute pleasure. She clearly understood the urgency and how debilitating motion sickness can be. She even made sure I could quickly contact her if the case the pharmacy didn’t have the medicine I needed, since it was so close to closing time. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
One of my favorite urgent cares. Listens to my concerns and gets me taken care of. I’m always in and out. Never having to wait. Every PA here is amazing.
I initially presented to Ochsner Urgent Care in Gonzales, where I was seen by Nia Walker, PA-C. The encounter was extremely brief, and my concerns were not adequately addressed. I did not feel listened to or properly assessed before medication was prescribed. I was prescribed dexamethasone swish and swallow despite concern for an active infection.
