Last week I went in for a sore on the bottom of my foot. The receptionist asked me for my drivers license, insurance card and date of birth. Then when I was taken to the room a nurse asked my name and birthdate and entered it on the computer, a second nurse took me to have an X-ray and once again asked for my birth date, when I saw the doctor he asked my birthdate, he ordered a culture to be taken and once again another nurse asked my birthdate. Plenty of parking, great office staff and medical staff. Wish they were open a bit more and easier to reach by phone or they're app. We're visiting for several months so they are not our primary and we end up needing to stop by since we can't teach them via their app, phone or messaging...
The absolute worst experience I've ever had with a medical provider. The nurses were so nice but the nurse practitioner, Ron Miller, was AWFUL! He was so condescending and rude and made me feel so ignorant. I took my 6 month old baby to get checked for a UTI knowing how severe they are and he questioned why I would even think coming there was necessary telling me obviously her fever was from her current known ear infection she had (prior to this visit). I brought my husband in because he cut his hand while cooking. The receptionist was friendly and efficient. We were called back almost immediately and the staff were very kind and personable. The provider took time while evaluating and suturing my husband’s hand, he engaged in conversation with us and put us at ease while we were back there. I highly recommend this urgent care and will be returning whenever we have a medical need. Thank you to all the staff for a great experience!
