An inquiry was made about my prescription. A co-pay of $12.65 was assessed and required before my prescription could be delivered (when I complained about the co-pay, no offer was made for co-pay assistance as stated on Ochsner's website). I called back on Friday to authorize the payment from my debit card. Delivery was scheduled for Saturday, the next day.
