Was 15 minutes late for an appt due to car problems. Called ahead. Upon arrival this doc refused to see me that day. They could have told me that when I called instead of waiting until I arrived to cancel me. Very rude treatment- would not recommend.
He gave me a hard time upon trying to refill my diabetic medicine because he failed to put me in for blood work and he had the nerve to ask me, why i did not go for blood work and I told him because I didn't have any orders in so he got upset and instead of writing a 90-day prescription he wrote the prescription for 30 days although it was his mistake not putting in blood work orders!!
Got made to do something knowing it was trouble, was left unable to take a deep breath without pain and PT lied and said she would see me next week knowing that she quit! Don’t walk from this place! Run!!!
the worst Urgent care of the entire country, never been to a so called urgent care that do not respect their hour of operation, their clientele and of courses the community, this clinic open and closed are they feel like it, your website do not reflect the reality of your operation, your phone number never in services, the staff are rude, i have nothing to say about the doctors because obviously you will have to die before you see one, if it was up to me, would have voted for a permanent closure of this urgent care, and i ... read more
Oschner has such a good reputation. Our experiences with New Orleans, Hammond and Covington have been positive and we have received exceptional care at all three facilities. The O’Neal location is bordering on supervised neglect. I do not think these reviews have done anything to better the location’s care protocol. Clearly! We would never go to the O’Neal location again. We would never recommend the O’Neal location.
Dr. Savard is skillful and friendly The staff is helpful, courteous, office is clean, organized. Not much pain after Bunion 3D surgery and after care has been excellent.
Caring and thorough physician. She is easy to talk to and provides excellent care during the visit as well as follow up care. I won't be going to another physician as long as I'm in New Orleans. She's the best.
My experience with this doctor was a complete nightmare from the moment she walked into the room. When she walked in, I immediately felt a coldness in the room from the way she abruptly introduced herself and spoke to me as if she started a stopwatch. She is very condescending and speaks to you like a child. I made this appointment a few months in advance.
