I made an appointment 3 months in advance. On the day of my appointment, I show up 30 minutes early only to find out my appointment has been rescheduled for 5 months later due to the provider not being in office. I received no call, text, or email notifying me of this change. I took this day off work to be at this appointment. I definitely do not recommend.
They're milking my insurance for everything they can along with trying to force me off work due to "mandatory" appointments.
