Doctors at Kristy Michaels Ob-Gyn practice are terrific. I see Dr. Smiley. She is professional, happy to answer questions and a compassionate person. The staff overall is great and recently I went to the imaging center and everyone was helpful and very nice. I love that Ochsner hospital has come to north Louisiana!
Daughter in law has seizures. Needed to get an emergency dose of her medication to get her to her next appointment where we could renew her prescription. Receptionist told us no they won't do that. Would not let us talk to someone with an actual medical license. Called their supervisor to encourage us to leave. No one at the desk seemed concerned that she has seizures without her meds. Again did not get to see an actual medical professional or I'm sure they would have been more receptive. Turned away by the Receptionist....u... read more
Having a sick child is every mother's worst nightmare. Everyone at the Women's and Childrens Clinic were amazing. The check in process was quick and the front desk ensured we were taken care of due to the urgency of the situation. The doctors, nurses, and CNAs have kept me informed and allowed me to be appart of the decision making process. Even the lab tech ensure her labs were input in a timely manner to help us make informed decisions. Thank you for your hard work.
