Everytime I call I can NEVER GET ANYONE and when I do the call reps are very dry and rude about doing there job..I have been a patient with yall for years and it’s always been unorganized and my doctor nurse never calls me no matter how many times I put in for someone to contact me since I’m not able to contact them smh .!!!!! I have desperately needed meds for 2 months now and she has not refilled my prescription and keep canceling my appointments VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.!!!!!

I highly recommend Christus Shrumpert hospital baby and delivery for any high risk women or none high risk women who wants to have there baby at this location, the doctors, nurses, nursy nurses where great, they have great bedside manners and they treat you with the upmost respect as a patient that just delivered my baby there I like to give all the thanks to 1. I have called this place several times to set up an appointment for a women's visit and only twice have they called back and left voicemails, but other than that they go for a long period of time before even calling you back to schedule an appointment. I recommend you find a different doctor than here at LSU oschner it is either they are too busy or they just don't take your health seriously enough to call you back.
