My 5 year old grandson was admitted and diagnosed with pneumonia. I just want to thank the staff on the fifth floor for all of their kindness and support they gave to Benjamin McGraw. Candie, Adrianna, went above and beyond to make Benji feel comfortable and special. I can’t remember everyone’s names, but from cafeteria staff that took orders and brought the trays. Having a sick child is every mother's worst nightmare. Everyone at St. Mary's has been amazing. The check in process was quick and the front desk ensured we were taken to the correct location. The doctors, nurses, and CNAs have kept me informed and allowed me to be apart of discussion making for my daughter. They ultrasound tech, respiratory therapist, and x-ray technician were every polite and professional. The housekeeper and dietary staff ensured all of our needs were met. What a terrible hospital 2 visits here with my baby and never again. Please don’t take your child here. Staff and workers show no concern giving different medicines that’s not curing anything. Discharged my baby still sick had to take her to another ER the next day. I will be contacting the president of this hospital and also my lawyer. Please don’t take this lightly because I will be moving forward with contacting both parties in the morning. I was staying 5 days for observation. I felt really vulnerable and at times, scared. The nurses and neurologists were amazing, no exceptions. But one of their nursing assistants, named Crystal, is something special. She really got me through the visit. After meeting Crystal, I went from losing my shit (politely) to laughing. She changed the entire experience for me. If you come here and get a professional, motivated, and cheerful nurse assistant named “Crystal,” with a “blessed,” tattoo, you just got blessed.
They lie a lot and say they will help u get home don't have ur baby here because of lack of rude and ugly people here and plus they say u lied when u lnow ur in labor
