My partner waited 3-4 months to see Dr. Jacob as a new patient. He received multiple confirmation texts and calls for his appointment. The nurse even called the morning of to confirm. When we got there, we were told by the receptionist that the doctor was not in, and there was no one who could see him. His new appointment is now 3 weeks away, with a nurse practitioner. Extremely unprofessional. I have never seen anything like this from a healthcare provider.
