I would never go back here because they dont listen and are lirars about what i told them ! My wisdom tooth is infected and swollen and its killing me and thats what I said but the visit report says otherwise im so very mad 😠 wont be back
Dr. Fox is great. I have a nonverbal autistic daughter She has to be put to sleep for all procedures. Most dentist don’t want to put clients this age to sleep. So I’m glad Dr. Fox does.. She was patient with her and she showed concern. The waiting area and overall clinic was very clean. The staff was courteous. The front desk clerk was very nice and professional. The waiting time wasn’t long at all. Maybe ten minutes.
Dr. Kelm made me very uncomfortable. Will be requesting a different doctor at this location.
Please do not schedule extractions with this office. My experience was frustrating from start to finish, and I am extremely disappointed with how everything was handled. I chose this location because they accepted my insurance, but I truly wish I had gone elsewhere and paid out of pocket. Like many people, I have significant dental anxiety. I discussed oral sedation with the doctor since I have never been put under before, and while I was open to oral sedation, I also wanted to explore other options. They don’t answer the phone and when they do they hand up in your face this is ridiculous!
