I am a diabetic and have pancreatitis I went to the oral surgeon clinic when I say my teeth have broken until the nerve is hurting so bad she gave me antibiotics and I'm still in pain and haven't eaten since last week and even though other doctors are saying that they are causing problems and need to be pulled out ASAP they still want pull all of them out because I only have Medicaid they other doctors say I need to be put to sleep and all of them needs to be pulled because I throw up every day and it has caused some problem... read more
If I could give no stars, it is most definitely deserved. I had a surgery scheduled earlier in the year for an extraction of a few teeth. I arrive, got prepped, and was ready to go until on of the assisting nurses asked about my loop recorder in my chest. She expressed they needed clearance for the cardiologist in order to put me under. I asked and even suggested to just reach out to said cardiologist for the clearance, but they refused and sent me back home until I could have it then my surgery could be rescheduled. Dr.yousef the oral surgeon was polite and he explained everything to me I'm definitely going to him again
Would give zero stars the nurses in the dental clinic are very rude,argumentative, and unprofessional. They don’t care about patients this is just a job to them! The African American nurse that was there on 4/14/25 shouldn’t be a nurse! They never answer the phones or return calls however Dr.Kim was nice. If he have nicer nurses this office would be better off!
