Couldn’t even get an appointment the lady I kept trying to talk to was extremely rude and unhelpful.
Do Not Recommend. We are not from Shreveport and are a military family, so nettle is to say we are having to help each other out. The front desk ladies were rude from the moment we stepped in. I had my daughter with me and she yelled across the room we couldn’t be in the waiting room. We are currently looking for a different doctor to be moved to, and do not recommend any military or people with children go here.
My husband is in the military stationed in Tennessee so my sister had to bring me with my niece. The moment we walked in the front desk ladies were rude and short with us. Having to do a OB appointment without my husband is hard enough, but the way they treat my sister and niece was unacceptable. We will be looking for a different doctor to take care of us.
They never answer the phone
I googled a number to what I thought I was looking for. The patience & understanding in a 3 minute conversation. I was pointed in the right direction by a lovely receptionist, I've been one myself ! I appreciate this Thank yall have a great day 🥰
