Highly Recommend. They are attentive and have made leaps and bounds in staff training, this is considered one of the best "Trauma" locations in NELA, I was taken good care of when I had my vehicle accident in Early 2025.
My mother recently broke her hip and was transferred to Oschner LSU in Monroe. She had superior care from the workers who brought her meals, to the nurses, PAs, aides, internal medicine, surgeon, social worker…excellent care!
I spent 2 days in the er waiting for a bed in the ICU to open up. While in there I had to share a room with a person who was very contagious with pneumonia and MRSA. I already have a very compromised immune system so the risk of me catching anything was already extremely high. My paperwork said I was supposed to be in non contact isolation yet I was I the same room with a highly contagious person.
