As a walk-in patient referred by VA-Monroe, January 2025, I could not have been more pleased with the professionalism, respect, and care provided by everyone with whom I came in contact, from the beginning to the end of my visit. The entire staff deserves a high-five (stars). I'm still pleased to be spreading the praises. My second trip to retrieve patient records a few days later was just as memorable, especially noted fare the records lady and the disk record department personnel. Thank you, all!

I've been n here for a week ..it has been great all week . But today for some reason I have only seen my nurse 3 times since 7am . I've also called twice and still nothing . I'm in pain but nothing. Today is Monday the 18th of November
