This place is very SLOW. There's one doctor and I witnessed two different individuals check in for the same time! One doctor and double bookings is bad for the patient. There is friendly staff.
Since I've started going there and changed my primary doctor in Bastrop to one of there doctors been getting a lot better care and never behind on any of my meds, the staff is friendly, my New doctor takes her time to explain what's going on and explain any tests results
I received excellent care and the Doctor and staff was so compassion. Thank you all for your service and dedication. God bless the each of you.
Called the Ochsner 800 number to help find a doctor for my 14 y/o. They set up an appointment for us here two weeks ago. Got a call from them literally as we're pulling in and they say they dont see 14 y/o's. They could have called any time before then. It literally says on their website for THIS specific clinic "Family Medicine - Whether you need primary care for yourself or pediatric for your child" Asked if there's some place else you can recommend because we're having a hard time finding a place that will accept our insu... read more
