I wish I could give this place a zero. Because I brought my patient to this clinic Interventional pain management clinic on the 4th floor at 1801 and the receptionist have an crazy attitude. Just alike they say people get these jobs and it goes to there head. Thank God that I don't come to this clinic.
I had a good experience. Everyone was polite and professional. The doctors were great in listening to me, while also explaining and addressing my medical complaints and concerns.
I live 3 hours away from this place, they have been no help to me at all. After consultation appoint, another appointment was made for me a month later for an injection. I was told I would receive a text message with my arrival time one day prior to my appointment. I received no notification via text, email, or was it listed on my oshcner patient portal.
