Convenient location, but incorrectly bills for mammograms. I've always gotten mammograms at Ochsner clinic with no copay nor fees as a wellness component of my insurance. Hammond is the only location that bills this test as a hospital lab instead of a clinic, which leaves the patient with a bill over $100. How can you and why are you billing differently from other clinics for the same service? Save yourself some money and go to Ochsner Covington. $100 matters to me and could be better spent on household needs.
Great doctors, horrible customer service. The financial department told me one thing and now I’m in debt over their misunderstanding. Will find another hospital to go to for future appointments.
Ashley Davis, NP is extremely friendly and helpful. When I can't get a quick appointment with the Dr., Ashley is always available. The nurses are extremely friendly and professional.
