Having the need for an MRI I was assigned to this facility which I was not aware of it at all since I reside in Baton Rouge and have always used the Medical Center for all health matters. The procedure was assigned here due to the fac that I could be seen much sooner than at any in BR and there was a certain urgency to get it done. Fast, easy checkin with vibrant staff. Clean, spacious facility with comfortable waiting room seating. Patient online portal for convenient communication with medical providers.
I had my mammogram at Ochsner Gonzales yesterday and had a great experience. I had a terrible experience at a different place last year and was feeling anxious about my appointment. The staff member (I wish I had her name!) was wonderful. She was efficient and empathetic. I highly recommend this location for mammography.
