The front desk lady didn't follow our appointment time nor first arrive service list, forcing us to wait 40 minutes until I complained about her behavior. We had an appointment at 1 pm. We arrived at 12:45 pm. The door was open but no one was at the front desk for some time. That lady showed up with a terrible attitude, not friendly nor professional.
