Would give zero stars if I could. If you want a provider that does not care about their patients, this is the place for you. My mother was left without essential medication for three months because required paperwork was not completed, despite repeated calls and follow-up from my mom, the insurance company, and my siblings. The receptionist is not very friendly or welcoming.
Nice staff and clean place. I went in to get my birth control out, which Dr. Lee did and he was so nice. Second time I came in was to confirm my pregnancy and Dr. Hensleigh helped me. Her and her staff are amazing and give you all of the info you need.
This was supposed to be for Choctaw General hospital, but Urgent Care is great also. I was in the hospital due to numerous broken ribs. The staff that attended me were excellent. Everyone from nurses to cleaning staff did their job above and beyond the normal requirements. I had rehabilitation twice a day and the staff there were excellent and friendly.
