The people who work here are respectful and the doctor are great. If you need good caring people working to help make, or keep you feeling better this is the place. When your in there you feel like they want to be there helping you. Great Team
Horrible experience! The doctor ordered unnecessary tests that I did not approve of. I asked the doctor why she ordered them and haven't gotten a response. I have been going back and forth with Ochsner's "customer service" and they keep telling me incorrect information. I've talked to the patient advocacy person who said that she would file a grievance for me and I would hear by 2/9. I have yet to hear anything. I don’t have to wait nearly the same amount of time to be seen when I’m in the waiting room as other Ochsner locations. Also the staff, Dr. Charles and Alicia in particular are SO interested in listening to me and incorporating my needs and limitations into my health planning. I love it there.
