Today was my first derm appointment with Dr. Kerisit. She was phenomenal - down to earth, friendly, inviting & well informed. However, her nurse (whose name I can’t recall) was an absolute nightmare. She was extremely rude and made no effort to even be a decent human being. She pronounced my name wrong when calling me to the back, I politely corrected her, and she shrugged her shoulders.
