Last night 3/3/26 we took our mom to urgent care because we thought she had fallen and hit her head because she had a bump on her head. Urgent care said we had to take her to the hospital, seems like if you are over 65 and fall and hit your head it is required that you get a C-scan, my mom is 98 years old. I Have never seen nurses so disrespectful and non compassion in my 30 years of healthcare I have a patient who was in Baptist for10 days she was discovered in bed with tube feeding formula all over her they did not have any techs for 2 days and when I tried to have the charge nurse come to the patients room to show her what was discovered she refused her and the patients nurse Janae would not cone the rigged up a story saying I yelled at them which was not even true I asked for bedding and gown to give this elderly woman a b... read more
