Unnecessary heartbreak, little to no communication between caregivers. If you’re experiencing an unexpected emergency, don’t come here.
Don’t go to the lab on the second floor. Even if you have an appointment they simply put you in line with the walk ins. I had to wait 35 minutes past my appointment time to be seen. I also had an appointment at office F400 in the McFarland building. When I was called to the back, the woman pulled up my chart and asked me which meds I was taking. My appointment was scheduled for 10 am. I was put in an exam room approximately a half hour later. Told to put on gown. It was cold and at 10:55, which was well past my appointment time, I put my clothes on and left. I had prechecked in and paid my copay. Dr. Monique Hamilton never came to the room to see me. The service was very unprofessional and I will not be using this doctor or facility again.
Huge and bustling spot, but the staff where I needed to go was super friendly and welcoming.
