I want to preface by saying that we have been patients for 22 years. As of today I'm seeking new care for our children. I'll add that my uncle was a prominent pediatrician in the area and was one of the first practicing pediatricians at Woman's hospital. I've never felt so disgusted or mistreated by a doctors office. Dr. Cook is the greatest advocate for my child’s whole health, we love her!
My family has visited several Ochsner locations and has always been satisfied with the care we received. Unfortunately, our latest experience at this location was a letdown. While the staff was friendly and courteous, the pediatrician, Dr. Perilloux, displayed a disturbing lack of empathy and understanding when interacting with my children.
