My family has visited several Ochsner locations and has always been satisfied with the care we received. Unfortunately, our latest experience at this location was a letdown. While the staff was friendly and courteous, the pediatrician, Dr. Perilloux, displayed a disturbing lack of empathy and understanding when interacting with my children. Great Doctors, terrible office staff. From before birth my twins have seen Dr Cook, who is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. However, what you have to deal with on the nurses line, making appoints, getting refills or anything that you have to deal with another staff member for, is like slow torture.
